We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some opened beauty products may not be eligible for return.

Yes, our European Wax Center proprietary products are dermatologist-tested and specifically formulated to be gentle on the skin, minimizing irritation before and after waxing treatments.
