We want you to love your skin and your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that services and EWC gift cards are non-refundable.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original paper receipt or digital order confirmation email to facilitate a smooth verification process for your refund.

  Visit a Center

  Bring your item and proof of purchase to any European Wax Center location nationwide to process an immediate exchange or return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
